In our group pre-natal classes, you will learn about the Labor & Delivery process from check-in to check out of the hospital. This class is based on a hospital delivery on Long Island as all of our hospitals follow the same general practices & guidelines. Our classes usually have about 4 couples per session and are about 3 hours long. Currently taught in Huntington, NY.
Items Discussed (but not limited to):
- What to pack in your birthing bag for both mom & support person
- Inductions
- C-Sections
- Epidurals
- Alternate pain medications
- Labor Positions
- Common issues that can arise during labor
- "The Golden Hour"
- Immediate post-partum period
- The Postpartum Unit
Cost is $250 per mother + support person of choice. Paid at time of class.

Private pre-natal classes are available upon request and can be tailed to each couples needs and wants. Email me to see about availability. Length is about 2 hours.
Private Classes are $350. Paid at time of class.
